This is the third time Paulette Bielasiak is coming to Weimar to cook with us! With humor and great skill she will introduce you to the fine art of preparing Yiddish cuisine. Of course we’ll sit down together and eat everything we’ve cooked!

There’s something here for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. Learn to cook gefilte paprike mit rayz, a krupnik zup mit flaysh or a lokshn kigl.

Paulette Bielasiak is the author of a Yiddish cookbook in Yiddish and French (written with the support of Centre Medem in Paris), and is famous for pleasing the demanding palates of Parisian diners. In this spirit: what's good enough for Paris is good enough for Weimar!
